Our mission statement is:

To provide affordable clothing that meet high standards of beauty and modesty. While true beauty comes from having a meek and quiet spirit and a joyful heart, our clothing is the first message we give to others. We want to help you to proclaim a message that says, I am a chaste, modest woman/girl who desires Christ's beauty and creativity to shine through me.

Living in a society that says, "if you've got it flaunt it" and "whatever goes", is it a wonder that a popular clothing brand is called "No Boundaries"? After having heard countless complaints about the challenge to find modest clothing that isn't "frumpy", we decided to help make life a little easier by creating one central place where women and girls could go to find discrete clothing, which are both feminine and beautiful. Through quiet time spent with the Lord in prayer, "Bellissima! Modesty Boutique" came into existence.

We work hard to find clothing that meets high standards, yet we are also very intentional in keeping our prices affordable. Having grown up in a home school, one income household, we understand the importance of frugality!

Our clothes are generally resized from what they originally were to fit "normal sized" women. We realize that all families and each individual have different standards of what they consider modest. Hence, we try to keep a wide variety of styles to help meet your needs, while realizing that what is modest on one person, may not be modest on another. We recommend standing or sitting in front of a full length mirror to determine whether the skirt that was below the knee on someone else, is also below the knee on you. Our own basic qualification for the skirts we sell, is that it cover the knee when sitting. We try and size them accordingly, as petite, etc.

We are grateful to the Lord for His saving hand of mercy and love in our lives. We named our company Bellissima, because we believe that beauty is important to God. That we as women are called to show to the world, that aspect of our Heavenly Father's personality. We think of our lives as a protest; a protest for the beauty of the Lord, in a world that is often dark and ugly.

Life with God is an adventure, meant to be treasured and enjoyed. While life isn't always easy, we serve a loving Heavenly Father, and knowing that, life is Bellissima!
